For those who choose to homeschool their children, there is a strong local network of like-minded parents as well as a statewide organization and a national organization.  There is even an organization called K12 Inc., that specializes in virtual learning centers. HomeSchool.net Pennsylvania is home to some of the country's best universities and colleges.  Among them are the University of Pennsylvania, Temple University, LaSalle University, Drexel University, Villanova, Swarthmore College, Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, and Cabrini College right here Wayne. The Philadelphia area is known for its strong educational system and excellent schools from pre-school to graduate school.
